1 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on TrustLoopX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
These terms form a legal agreement between you and TrustLoopX, operated from Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
2 Your account
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You represent a legitimate business operating in India
- You provide accurate information during signup
Account security
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- One person can manage multiple businesses, but each business needs accurate info
3 Acceptable use
You can use TrustLoopX for any legitimate Indian business that wants to collect Google reviews. Restaurants, salons, gyms, hotels, clinics, shops — all welcome.
⚠ What you can't do
You must not use TrustLoopX to: collect fake reviews, incentivize reviews with money/discounts (against Google's policy), submit reviews about competitors, harass customers, send spam, or violate any law.
Google's review guidelines
TrustLoopX makes review writing easier — it doesn't filter, gate, or fake reviews. All ratings (1–5 stars) are submitted publicly to Google. We follow Google's review policies strictly. Buying or incentivizing reviews violates Google's terms and may get your business listing suspended.
4 Subscriptions & billing
Free plan
- 7 reviews lifetime, completely free
- No credit card needed
- Once exhausted, you must upgrade to continue collecting reviews
Paid plans
- Pro Monthly: ₹399/month, auto-renews monthly
- Pro 6-Month: ₹2,099 every 6 months
- Pro Yearly: ₹2,999/year (save 25%)
- All plans charged via Razorpay; GST 18% applied as per Indian law
- Auto-renewal continues until you cancel
Price changes
We may change prices with 30 days notice. Your current subscription continues at the original price until renewal.
5 Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 7 days of any paid plan purchase, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days:
- Monthly plans: no refunds for the current month, but you can cancel future renewals anytime
- 6-Month/Yearly plans: prorated refund based on unused months at our discretion
- Refunds processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days
6 Customer reviews
Reviews collected through TrustLoopX are submitted directly to Google by your customers. You don't own those reviews — Google does, per their terms.
What we provide:
- A copy of every review submitted via your QR code, stored in your dashboard
- The ability to export your review history anytime
- Tools to help you reply on Google
What we don't do:
- Filter or hide negative reviews — all submissions go public on Google
- Edit customer reviews on their behalf
- Guarantee that any review will appear on Google (Google's spam filter is independent)
7 Termination
You can cancel anytime
- One-click cancellation from your Settings
- You keep access until your billing period ends
- You can export all your data before deletion
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
We may suspend your account if you
- Violate these Terms
- Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Submit a chargeback without contacting us first
- Fail to pay for an extended period
We'll always email you before suspension, except in cases of clear fraud.
8 Liability & warranty
TrustLoopX is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service running and reliable, we can't guarantee:
- 100% uptime (we aim for 99.9%)
- That your Google ranking will improve (depends on many factors beyond reviews)
- That every review will appear on Google (Google's spam filter is unpredictable)
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We're not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or reputation harm.
9 Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:
- The "Last updated" date at the top will change
- We'll email you about significant changes 30 days in advance
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
